The Teacher Show Tickets
“The Teacher Show: Comedy from the Classroom” is a rotating stand-up showcase created and hosted by Portland social studies teacher Don Gavitte. Real educators from across the Pacific Northwest step to the mic with sharp, classroom-tested stories that turn bell schedules, staff meetings and parent nights into punchlines. The show has been profiled by OPB and appears at clubs, theaters and festivals, including the 2026 RISE Comedy Festival in Denver and November dates at Polaris Hall in Portland.
Expect quick wit, lived-in detail and the kind of inside jokes only someone who has handed out a pop quiz could write, yet it lands for anyone who has ever sat in a classroom. Buy The Teacher Show tickets from Vivid Seats for secure checkout, trusted delivery and Rewards that help you get to more live moments you will always remember.
