Answer: You can pick up your wristband at Venue SIX10 (610 S. Michigan Ave.), conveniently located just across the street from the main entrance to Grant Park.

Answer: You can pick up your wristband during the following times:
- Wednesday, July 30: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 31 through Sunday, August 3: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily
Question: Do I need anything to pick up my wristband?
Answer: Yes! Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your Vivid Seats order, as well as your ticket confirmation in the Vivid Seats app.
Question: How do I change the pickup name for my order?
Answer: When an order is set for Special Delivery, the person picking up the tickets must provide a valid photo ID upon arrival. If the person who will be picking up the tickets is different from the name in the order, please contact us via live chat immediately with the new pickup name and their mobile phone number. We will then submit a request to the seller to have that information updated.

It's ideal for fans whose favorite artists are performing on different days or for those who want to experience more of the festival without attending all four days. A 4-day ticket gives you access to the festival from Thursday through Sunday.
