Marvin Hunter is a Vicksburg, Mississippi, native and U.S. Navy veteran whose sharp, straight-shooting stories land with Southern charm and pinpoint timing. Fans know him as the “Grumpy Uncle,” a persona built on quick wit and a fearless knack for calling out everyday nonsense.

His breakout TV turns include “Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City” (Jackson episode) and “Kevin Hart Presents: The Next Level,” plus appearances on Bounce TV’s “Off the Chain” and sitcom “Last Call.” In 2026 he dropped a new comedy special on Tubi on Feb. 13, extending his online following and on-the-road momentum.
