Bon Jovi Drive-In Concert

Drive-in concerts helped connect music fans with their favorite artists during the pandemic in 2020, and it appears the trend will continue in 2021.

Bon Jovi announced a drive-in concert set to take place in theaters around the country on May 22, 2021.

The concert will take place at sundown locally, roughly 8:30 p.m.

The concert will be broadcast on the big screen on hundreds of drive-in movie theater screens across the country. It will also play at certain indoor movie theaters.

The Bon Jovi drive-in concert will be organized by Encore Drive-In Nights, which also hosted previous drive-in concerts by Kane Brown, Garth Brooks and Metallica.

Fans can purchase tickets by vehicle, with each vehicle allowed a six-person capacity (RVs and limousines will not be allowed).

Bon Jovi has not toured extensively in North America since 2018, so excitement for the one-night-only drive-in concert figures to be high. The band, named after lead singer and New Jersey native Jon Bon Jovi, is responsible for hits like "Livin' on a Prayer," "It's My Life" and "You Give Love a Bad Name."
