ZBB Tour
Zac Brown Band is ready to get back out on the touring circuit in 2016, as evidenced by a new round of tour dates confirmed for the spring and summer. In total, the CMA Award-winning band will be performing in more than 25 cities over the course of the year, in addition to a handful of country music festivals.

Black Out the Sun Tour to Include MLB Stadium Stops
Zac Brown Band’s Black Out the Sun Tour, announced on Feb. 26, will launch mid-May from the Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, Conn. The trek is expected to last through at least September. Over the course of the venture, Zac Brown Band is scheduled to headline a number of MLB stadiums across the U.S. Among these are Minneapolis’ Target Field (May 28), Houston’s Minute Maid Park (Aug. 12), New York’s Citi Field (Aug. 19), and Boston’s Fenway Park (Aug. 20-21).
Just before the 2016 Zac Brown Band tour launches, the outfit will also headline the latest edition of its own Southern Ground Music and Food Festival in Charleston, S.C. The group will be joined at the fest by fellow country acts Thomas Rhett, Hunter Hayes, Kacey Musgraves, and the Marshall Tucker Band, among others. Blues rock outfit Tedeschi Trucks Band will also co-headline.
As of Feb. 29, there’s no indication another Zac Brown Band album will accompany the upcoming 2016 tour. The band most recently released the album “Jekyll and Hyde” in the spring of 2015. It introduced the singles “Homegrown,” “Heavy Is the Head,” and “Beautiful Drug,” among others.
