Live Videos
Almost every setlist for Adele’s 2016 tour has kicked off with a performance of “Hello.” The hit single reached No. 1 on the charts in over 25 countries, and its music video broke a Vevo record for most views in its first 24 hours (27.7 million). Today the video boasts over one billion views on YouTube.
A majority of the songs on Adele’s setlist have come from her most recent album, but the star has also revisited several earlier songs over the course of her tour. Watch her perform her 2008 international hit, “Chasing Pavements,” live in Barcelona.
Fans attending an Adele concert in 2016 are bound to hear a live rendition of her most recent single, “Send My Love (To Your New Lover).” The song was the third single to be released from “25.”
Adele hasn’t sung her James Bond theme, “Skyfall,” at every show, but whenever she does, the performance is a surefire crowd-pleaser. See the live video from her Birmingham concert, complete with an endearing personal introduction:
One of the most touching parts of Adele’s tour comes during her performance of the new song “When We Were Young.” While she sings the 2016 hit, old photos of a young Adele, her schoolmates, and family are projected onto the stage behind her.
Although Adele won’t appear at any festivals in North America during her upcoming tour, she did serve as one of the headliners of this summer’s Glastonbury Festival for the first time in her career. Her moving, set-closing performance of “Someone Like You” will go down as one of the festival’s most memorable moments.
