The 23-date trek will take AVA across major cities in the United States. The anticipated tour will open September 4 at the Marquee Theatre in Phoenix, Ariz. The Angels and Airwaves 2019 tour marks the band’s first series of live shows in over 6 years. Tour stops include Atlanta’s The Masquerade, Boston’s Paradise Rock Club, Chicago’s House of Blues, Portland’s Roseland Theater, and Denver’s Summit. Their 2019 tour is set to conclude October 5 at the House of Blues in San Diego, Calif.
The tour will follow their latest single, “Rebel Girl,” released April 2019. The awaited single follows the bands fifth studio album, The Dream Walker, released December 2014. Their past album was jam-packed with ten tracks among them were their earlier released singles, “The Wolfpack,” “Bullets in the Wild,” and “Tunnels.” The album peaked at No. 5 on the US Top Alternative Albums Billboard.
