The American Celtic punk band, Dropkick Murphys took to social media to break the news of their upcoming 2019 fall tour dates with American rock band Clutch via Twitter:
Joining these rockers on their upcoming 2019 U.S. concert series are special guests Hatebreed, Amigo the Devil, and Russ Rankin of Good Riddance on various nights. Fans can expect to hear classics from “A.D.,” “Hell and You,” and “Dry Season.”
The 18-date trek will take Dropkick Murphys and Clutch across the United States. The rock veterans will open their 2019 tour September 20 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Mass. Tour stops include Erie’s Erie Insurance Arena, Detroit’s Masonic Temple Theater, Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom, and Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium. The tour is set to end on October 15 at the WAMU Theater in Seattle, Wash.
In 2017, Dropkick Murphys released their latest album, 11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory. The album contained 11 tracks including their earlier released single, “Blood.” The album peaked at No. 8 on the US Billboard 200.

Book of Bad Decisions, marked Clutch’s twelfth studio album released September 2018. The album was jam-packed with 15 tracks among them were, “Gimme the Keys,” “Book of Bad Decisions,” and “A Good Fire.” The album was a hit peaking at No. 16 on the US Billboard 200 and reaching No. 13 on the UK Albums OCC charts.
