Upcoming Concerts

Summer 2014 is quickly coming to an end, but your favorite artists will keep the excitement going with a slew of North American fall and winter tours and special concert events. Head to the Vivid Seats marketplace to find the best concert tickets for the shows below and to see which acts will be arriving in your city in the next few months.

Fall 2014 Concert Tours Ahead from Pearl Jam, Fleetwood Mac, and More
Many opportunities to see huge headlining acts are ahead this fall, as there are ongoing tours taking place from the likes of The Black Keys, One Direction, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and more. Coming up in September, Latin vocalists Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias will team up for a co-headlining arena tour set to span Sept. 12-Oct. 28 in North America. Pearl Jam will also set off on a new 2014 tour starting Oct. 1. The month-long trek will include many stops absent from the band’s 2013 Lightning Bolt Tour, including Detroit (Oct. 16) and Milwaukee (Oct. 20).

Also beginning this fall, Fleetwood Mac will return to the road for its On with the Show Tour, the first venture to feature longtime member Christine McVie in more than a decade. Music fans in New York will also be able to catch the final four 2014 dates of the Billy Joel Madison Square Garden residency, set for Sept. 17, Oct. 2, Nov. 25, and Dec. 18.

Fall Music Festivals to Feature Rare Sets from Taylor Swift, Eminem, and Coldplay
Although most of the year’s music festivals have already come and gone, there’s still a chance to see some of the biggest acts of the year in a festival setting with several upcoming events. Las Vegas in particular will host some of the bigger festivals, starting with the iHeartRadio Music Festival (Sept. 19-20), featuring headliners Taylor Swift, One Direction, Coldplay, Iggy Azalea, and more. The Life Is Beautiful Festival will return this year (Oct. 24-26) with sets from Kanye West, OutKast, and Foo Fighters, and the inaugural Route 91 Harvest Festival will spotlight some of country’s biggest artists: Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, and Blake Shelton. The Austin City Limits Music Festival also will return to Texas this year for two weekends (Oct. 3-5 and 10-12). Featured performers include OutKast, Pearl Jam, Skrillex, and Eminem, plus many others.

Motley Crue, Allman Brothers Band to Say Farewell with Fall 2014 Concerts
In the coming months, two icons of American rock music--heavy metal band Motley Crue and southern rock group The Allman Brothers Band--will be bringing their exemplary careers to a close with final North American concerts. Motley Crue has been on the road with its official farewell tour since July, and the legendary quartet will remain on its final North American leg through the end of November. In October, the GRAMMY Award-winning Allman Brothers Band will complete its final shows at New York’s Beacon Theatre. From Oct. 21-28, the group will perform six nights at the theater that has served as a second home to The Allman Brothers Band for decades.

Garth Brooks and OutKast Book Concert Weekends in Atlanta
In the month of September, Atlanta will get a double dose of star power when two of the most significant music acts of the past two decades enjoy an extended stay in the Georgia capital. For two weekends, country icon Garth Brooks will take over the city’s Philips Arena for the second stop on his first world tour in 13 years. Along with wife Trisha Yearwood, Brooks will perform multiple concerts in the arena on Sept. 19-21 and 26-27. The second weekend Brooks is in Atlanta, rap duo OutKast will be playing three nights in Centennial Olympic Park for the OutKast: ATLast homecoming festival. Joined by acts like Kid Cudi and Childish Gambino, the duo is expected to perform extended sets of favorite hits and deep cuts for the hometown crowd.

Phish Halloween, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Jingle Ball, and More Help Celebrate Fall Holidays in 2014
Instead of spending your favorite fall holidays at home, take advantage of Vivid Seats’ access to premium events to see some of the best holiday events in the nation. The fan-favorite Phish Halloween show will return this October, as the band hits Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena from Oct. 31-Nov. 2 for a series of three concerts in Sin City. The next month, visit New York City to take in the larger-than-life excitement of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2014 on the streets of the Big Apple. With grandstand seats along the parade route, you can catch the parade’s best live performers from the comfort of the bleachers. In December, pop fans will be able to get their holiday cheer with the help of nationwide Jingle Ball concerts. The annual concert tour always features many of the biggest pop acts of the year; 2013 included Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo, and Ariana Grande, just to name a few.
