One of the world’s greatest guitarists Joe Bonamassa has announced his 2019 U.S. summer tour.
On Monday morning, news of the American blues rock guitarist broke of his 2019 U.S. summer tour. Bonamassa followed his announcement by sharing a captivating picture of the Chicago Theater accompanied by a reflecting passage of his past and current achievements via Instagram:
Bonamassa began his musical career at age 12 by opening for the legend B.B. King. In 2000, he released his debut studio album, A New Day Yesterday, the blues rock album included hits, “Miss You, Hate You,” and “Colour and the Shape.” The album quickly peaked at No. 9 on the US Top Blues Albums.
Bonamassa will kick off his 2019 U.S. tour on July 22 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn. Tour stops include Boston’s Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion, Virginia Beach’s Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater, and Atlantic City’s Borgata Casino. The 2019 U.S. summer tour will conclude in Morrison, Colo. at the Red Rocks Amphitheater on August 12.
In 2018, Bonamassa presented fans with his latest album, Redemption. Redemption became his thirteenth studio album released till date and reached No. 26 on the US Billboard 200. The album was jam-packed with 12 tracks including earlier released single, “Redemption.”
