Legendary Irish band The Frames, featuring Glen Hansard, have announced the group's first North American tour in a decade.
The Frames 2020 tour dates will feature shows in New York and Chicago, along with an appearance at the Ohana Festival. Fans are hoping that The Frames announce additional U.S. tour dates as well.
The Dublin-based rockers formed in 1990, led by Hansard, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Dave Odium, John Camey, Paul Brennan and Noreen O'Donnell. The current lineup for The Frames features Hansard, Mac Con Iomaire, Joe Doyle, Rob Bochnik and Graham Hopkins.
The Frames' first album, Another Love Song, established it well beyond the Dublin rock scene. The group's 2015 release, Longitude, was its first and only album of the 2010s.
The Frames' tour dates in 2020 include a performance at New York City's Webster Hall as well as The Vic in Chicago. The group will also perform in Dublin.
Vivid Seats will update information on The Frames tour as it becomes available.
