The upcoming Sam Smith tour will notably include his first headlining shows at several major arenas, including New York’s Madison Square Garden (Jan. 15) and the L.A. Forum in Inglewood, Calif. (Jan. 29-30).

St. Vincent

GRAMMY Nominations 2015: Best Alternative Music Album ("St. Vincent")

Where to See Her Live: She was already named one of the best live performers of 2014 by Consequence of Sound and Paste, and St. Vincent will continue to lead the indie-rock world in 2015 with a handful of solo shows early next year. Currently, just six North American cities are tabbed for the St. Vincent tour, including Toronto (March 3-4) and Providence, R.I. (March 8). The accomplished guitarist also proved to be a favorite at several festivals last year, so look out for her name on upcoming lineup announcements.

GRAMMY Nominations 2015: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance (All for “Shake It Off”)

Where to See Her Live: Taylor Swift will be setting off on her 1989 World Tour starting next April in support of her 2014 album of the same name. The Taylor Swift tour will be one of the biggest of 2015, as it’s scheduled to visit more than 60 North American cities from April-October. Swift will also be co-headlining the inaugural Rock in Rio Las Vegas festival with John Legend during the weekend of May 15.

Opening Acts: Vance Joy and Shawn Mendes

Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga

GRAMMY Nomination 2015: Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album ("Cheek to Cheek")

Where to See Them Live: Get a two-for-one special when you see the co-headlining Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga tour next year behind the duo’s chart-topping jazz album, "Cheek to Cheek." So far the unlikely duo has only announced a handful of shows for 2015, but these include several notable venues like Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl (May 30) and New York’s Radio City Music Hall (June 19-20, 22-23).

U2

GRAMMY Nomination 2015: Best Rock Album ("Songs of Innocence")

Where to See Them Live: The Irish rock outfit’s iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour will be visiting just nine North American cities from May-July next year, but each site will host the band for at least two nights. (With six shows lined up, New York’s Madison Square Garden boasts the most of any venue.) The 2015 U2 tour will be the first follow-up to the record-breaking 360° Tour, and you can bet Bono and Co. has plenty of high-tech displays in store for the upcoming arena trek.
